Job Overview:  Trainee will assist and support the hr team with recruitment process and general activities.

Basic requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Academic Degree  or diploma

Desirable:

1.Specialization Courses or Master

2.Knowledge of English language

Primary Job Functions:

Recruitment Duties

1. Assist with CVs screening and reply to all candidates
2. Assist in hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
3. Assist in organizing the session called “First Encounter” and other interviews

General Activities

1. Prepare Weekly Commitment to Quality
2. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems
3. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
4. Update Birthdays list, organizing cards and presents
5. Prepare materials for Orientations for new hired
6. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property
7. Assist in other special HR Projects, such as Cross Training Calendar, Monthly team building activities, Grooming Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Medical Examinations.
8. Create flyers and PPT to promote all HR new activities
9. Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures;
11. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
12. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
13. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
14. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
