Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking to welcome a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team!
Our hotel, which is steps away from Disney Springs, features 1,011 guest rooms, over 145,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. We have a pool, lazy river, and fitness center!
The ideal candidate holds 1+ years of Human Resources experience. Hotel experience preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Required. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (Some Overtime required) Flexible schedule
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you would be responsible for assisting the Director and Managers of the department in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability.
