Income Auditor

• Audit all daily revenue reports and postings from Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments
• Perform daily revenue reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies
• Review non-arrivals, cancellations, late check-outs, and room rate variances
• Verify all paid-out vouchers, corrections, and allowances
• Ensure all revenue is correctly accounted for and posted in the system
• Balance all revenue streams including rooms, outlets, and ancillary services
• Reconcile VAT, service charge, and other applicable taxes daily
• Monitor and review house accounts, complimentary stays, and management bills
• Reconcile Conference & Banqueting revenue with function sheets and contracts
• Ensure advanced deposits and prepayments are accurately recorded
• Conduct spot checks on operations and cashiering procedures
• Liaise with operational departments to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

• Possess a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
• Previous experience in a high-volume in accounting, auditing, or finance
• Good understanding of accounting packages and hotel systems (e.g., SUN, Operations Audit, Opera, and MS Excel) — this will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Solid understanding of financial controls, audit procedures, and revenue reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
