The IT Manager is responsible for directing and managing the hotel’s IT operations strategy to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems that support business objectives and enhance guest experiences. This leadership role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while driving digital transformation across the organization.

• Partner strategically with departments across the organization to drive digital transformation, system reliability, and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relations and optimize IT budget allocation to maximize return on investment.
