Durante il percorso, parteciperai alle attività quotidiane di configurazione e preparazione delle postazioni di lavoro secondo gli standard aziendali, installazione e gestione di stampanti di rete, aggiornamenti software e antivirus, nonché supporto ai sistemi POS e MICROS utilizzati nei reparti operativi. Avrai inoltre modo di contribuire al monitoraggio dei sistemi gestionali dell’hotel, all’esecuzione delle checklist IT periodiche e alla supervisione dei processi di backup di server e workstation.
Lo stage ti permetterà di acquisire familiarità con Opera e con le applicazioni ad esso collegate, approfondendo il ruolo strategico della tecnologia all’interno di una realtà alberghiera internazionale. Collaborerai quotidianamente con diversi reparti dell’hotel, sviluppando competenze tecniche e relazionali in un ambiente dinamico e multiculturale.
