Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hashwani Hotels, Ltd. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Design and develop authentic, fusion, diverse, and innovative Japanese menus, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, teppanyaki, ramen, and seasonal specialties, tailored to the Japanese restaurant and special events.
• Ensure all dishes reflect Japanese culinary techniques while incorporating creative elements to appeal to both local and international guests.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and hygiene.
• Monitor and control food costs, portion sizes, inventory, and waste to maximize efficiency and profitability while maintaining the authenticity.
• Manage high-quality ingredients, including both locally sourced and imported Japanese products, ensuring freshness, consistency, and proper storage.
• Implement and maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP requirements and hotel policies.
• Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff in authentic Japanese cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to create special menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings that enhance the overall guest dining experience.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all dishes.

• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

• 8-10 Years of relevant experience in the field.

Pay: 2500 – 3000 USD (Net of Taxes)
