Hilton Orlando is searching for talented Junior Sous Chef to lead their team!
Shift Pattern: Full availability to work all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, is required.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in high‑volume kitchen operations, strong communication skills across both back‑ and front‑of‑house teams, and a hands‑on leadership style that supports daily operational needs. While supervisory and hotel experience are beneficial, they are not required. This Junior Sous Chef role supports multiple outlets, with primary responsibility for poolside culinary operations, working within a team of five and reporting to the Executive Sous Chef. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, along with the flexibility to assist additional outlets or departments as needed.

What will I be doing?
As a Junior Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, a Junior Sous Chef would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
