Job Description
- Follow all Kids Club safety, security, operating procedures and health guidelines at all times.
- Provide a high standard of care and supervision, ensuring children feel safe, welcome and engaged.
- Ensure registration forms, sign-in and sign-out records, and all required documentation are completed accurately and submitted to the Manager.
- Ensure all relevant team members are informed of children’s allergies, medical conditions and specific care requirements.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised environment, including activity areas, equipment and toys.
- Monitor supplies, replenish items from stores and inform the Manager when additional stock is required.
- Regularly check facilities and equipment, reporting any damage or required repairs and replacements to the Manager.
- Report incidents, concerns, guest complaints and suggestions to the Manager immediately.
