The Kids Club & Recreation Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and operation of all Kids Club and Recreation activities within the resort. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional, safe, engaging, and memorable recreational experiences for guests of all ages, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality, child safety, wellness, and guest satisfaction.
The position oversees Kids Club operations, recreation facilities, sports and leisure programs, guest activities, team member development, budget management, and recreational experiences that reflect the resort’s brand values and destination culture.
