At Sol Katmandú Park & Resort , Mallorca’s first themed resort, we are looking for energetic, creative Kids Entertainers with a passion for providing unforgettable experiences for our families.
What will you have to do?
- Continuous supervision and accompaniment of babies and children from 8 months to 4 years old during scheduled activities, guaranteeing at all times their safety, well-being and individualized attention.
- Preparation, organization and disinfection of materials and spaces before and after each activity, following the established protocols.
- Planning and development of early stimulation activities, sensory play and psychomotor skills adapted to each developmental stage.
- Performing calm and dynamic indoor activities, respecting the child’s rhythms, routines and needs.
- Development of games and aquatic activities adapted to early childhood, strictly complying with safety standards.
- Participation in a mini-disco adapted to early childhood (accompaniment, gentle facilitation and support for families).
- Support in presentations or stage participations when the program requires it, adapting the intervention to the age segment.
- Close interaction with parents, informing them about the development of activities and generating trust in the service.
- Occasional representation through a mascot or themed character in formats suitable for early childhood.
What are we looking for?
- Passion for the world of children, entertainment and the creation of unique experiences.
- Previous experience in Kids Clubs, children’s entertainment, education, leisure and free time or similar activities.
- Creative, energetic, responsible person with an exceptional way of treating children and families.
- Communication skills and ability to connect with different guest profiles.
- Knowledge or interest in games, creative workshops, dance or children’s sports activities.
- Basic or intermediate level of English; other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a team within a thematic, dynamic and activity-filled environment.
- Schedule availability specific to the entertainment area.
