The Opportunity:

The Kitchen Supervisor (AM) plays a critical leadership role in the success of the Bourbon Steak culinary operation. This position oversees the morning prep team, ensuring smooth execution of daily production, and full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate brings both culinary expertise and strong administrative skills, with the ability to lead by example and maintain a well-organized, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
