As a Laundry Washer, you’re not just collecting and cleaning linens – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Collect and transport laundry: Gather dirty linens, transport them to the laundry area, and return empty bins to designated locations
• Maintain a clean workspace: Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Launder specialty items with care: Wash throws, pillow covers, robes, curtains, and other designated linens
• Coordinate linen processing: Send designated laundry items to external services as needed
• Keep equipment running smoothly: Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Comply with safety and security protocols: Adhere to hotel regulations regarding fire safety, security, and health standards
