Job mission

As a Line Cook, your mission will be to create and present dishes that reflect the quality and creativity of our cuisine. You will contribute directly to the satisfaction of our guests, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience.

What will you have to do?

  1. Fulfill the tasks assigned by your supervisor, including shifts, schedules and workload, collaborating with the kitchen team.
  2. Organize and keep your workstation, cameras and refrigerators in order, optimizing the use of products.
  3. Check the condition and preservation of the food, ensuring compliance with the appropriate temperatures and the efficient use of ingredients.
  4. Prepare the dishes following the recipes, quality and presentation standards, controlling portions and minimizing waste.
  5. To efficiently handle requests from the consumption center, complying with cooking and presentation specifications.
  6. Apply food safety (HACCP), hygiene and cleaning standards in all your functions, guaranteeing the quality and safety of food.

What are we looking for?

  • Training in cooking, gastronomy or food handling (desirable).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotels.
