As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be one of the welcoming faces of The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama. Your presence in our public areas will play an essential role in creating a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere while anticipating and responding to our guests’ needs.

We are looking for professional, approachable, attentive, and service-oriented individuals who understand that exceptional hospitality is about anticipating needs, paying attention to every detail, and creating genuine connections with our guests.

Your responsibilities include…

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, genuine, and professional manner throughout their experience at the resort.
• Maintain a visible and engaging presence in the lobby and assigned public areas.
• Assist guests with general information about the resort, its facilities, services, restaurants, activities, and surroundings.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively offer assistance whenever possible.
• Provide directions and guidance to guests and assist them in navigating the resort.
• Support guests with requests and enquiries, ensuring that they are handled efficiently and with a genuine service-oriented attitude.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Transportation, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and communicate relevant information to the appropriate department.
