Connected to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and located in one of Melbourne’s most vibrant precincts, our 347-room hotel welcomes thousands of guests each year and we rely on a dedicated Engineering team to keep everything operating at its best.
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operation of the Engineering department.
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you’ll supervise a team of three Maintenance Technicians while remaining actively involved in preventative maintenance, repairs, compliance and hotel improvement projects.
This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or a strong maintenance professional ready to take the next step into leadership.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our facilities, guest rooms, back-of-house areas and building services are maintained to the highest standard while delivering a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
This is a working leadership role, meaning you’ll spend time on the tools, in plant rooms and around the hotel while also coordinating the daily activities of the Engineering team.
