We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this is a key leadership role responsible for supervising a small team of two Maintenance Technicians while actively participating in the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.

This role is ideal for a proactive and practical maintenance professional who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in delivering high standards, and is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf is an eye-catching golden 26 level tower incorporating 347 accommodation rooms & suites, Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar and Allora Café. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the hotel’s facilities, plant and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality and guest comfort.

This is a working supervisor position, requiring a hands-on approach to maintenance operations while providing leadership, guidance and support to the Engineering team.
