Who Are We Looking For?
Are you passionate about maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and working in an environment of excellence? As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper operation of the resort’s facilities, guaranteeing that all spaces, equipment, and systems function safely, efficiently, and in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton’s highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include…
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the resort’s facilities, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of systems and installations to ensure proper functionality and identify potential issues.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests, technical issues, and repair needs efficiently and within established timelines.
• Carry out basic repairs related to electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, and general maintenance.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
