Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is an icon of Sydney luxury, where French elegance meets the vibrant energy of the city’s dining and cultural scene. Following an extensive transformation, the hotel has entered an exciting new chapter, reimagining the guest experience through contemporary design, exceptional hospitality and a collection of destination restaurants and bars that are redefining luxury dining in Sydney.
At the heart of the hotel is a bold and diverse food and beverage portfolio. From the vibrant French-Vietnamese flavours of Delta Rue, to the refined produce-led dining experience at Tilda, the timeless sophistication of Bar Tilda and the elevated rooftop atmosphere of Wentworth Bar, each venue offers its own distinctive personality, creating unforgettable moments for locals and travellers alike.
This is more than a hotel marketing role, it’s an opportunity to shape the story of one of Sydney’s most exciting luxury hospitality destinations. Working alongside a passionate team of industry leaders, you’ll bring unforgettable campaigns, partnerships and experiences to life, connecting guests with exceptional food, world-class drinks and moments that keep them coming back. If you’re driven by creativity, love hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, this is your chance to leave your mark on one of Sydney’s most iconic addresses.
Lead the marketing strategy for one of Sydney’s most exciting luxury hospitality portfolios, bringing four distinctive venues to life through creative storytelling, strategic partnerships and commercially driven campaigns.
Working closely with the Director of Restaurants & Bars, Commercial team and venue leaders, you’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving revenue and creating memorable guest experiences across Delta Rue, Tilda, Bar Tilda and Wentworth Bar.
This is a hands-on role for a creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, understands the Sydney dining landscape and loves turning ideas into experiences that guests want to share.
