Qualifications

 

Essential ingredients:

  • You have a welcoming attitude are a team player and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering fantastic service to our guests across all F&B Outlets, with the focus on Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting) during both morning and evening shifts.
  • Delivering unforgettable moments to our guests in all F&B Outlets.
  • Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms
  • Preparing guest bills and handling the payment
  • Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
  • Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
