Mgr Engineering

Description:

• Responsible for the property repair & maintenance of all buildings
• plant and equipment of Amari Buriram United.
  – Control daily expenditures and expenditures involving alterations and improvements. Ensure daily operation efficiency by keeping track of entries in all operational documents.
  – Inspect buildings and installations according to a set schedule.
  – Planning
• Executing and following all projects assigned and prioritizing works to ensure the customer’s satisfaction and hotels needs are met
  – Revise and make recommendations to the General Manager concerning engineering facilities.
  – Supervise repair work
• maintenance and operations of installations under his control.
  – Prepare reports to the General Manager
  – Annual Engineering Department budget preparation.
  – Work closely with Security Department implementing safety/ security measures throughout the hotel.
  – Conduct and maintain continuously fire safety training

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only
  – Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the same position
• 3-4 star hotel environments
  – Matured
• self-motivated
• fast learning character with good interpersonal and organizing skills
  – Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to work under pressure.
