The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Minibar Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the minibar service within the Food & Beverage department.
• Replenish and maintain minibar stock in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and record minibar consumption accurately.
• Prepare and organize minibar supplies for efficient daily operations.
• Handle guest requests and ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all minibar areas.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure seamless operations.

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Team player with flexibility and a professional appearance
• Good command of German and/or English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
