We are once again we are now looking for someone else to join our Night Team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, managing front desk duties, performing financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest services.

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
• Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and hotel public spaces
• Prepare reports for management detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics
• Handle phone calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for callers
• Assist with administrative tasks as required during the night shift
• Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property during overnight hours
• Collaborate with other departments to address any guest concerns or maintenance issues
• Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, promotions, and local area information to assist guests effectively
• 32 to 40 hours on a zero hour contract
• Always hours available
• Must be fully flexible
