Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support our Director of Operations and hotel teams in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a varied role combining administration, coordination, quality follow-up, guest experience, and hands-on operational support across Food & Beverage, Welcome Desk, Spa, Styling, and Guest Experience.

What You Will Do

• Support the Director of Operations with daily coordination, follow-ups, reports, meetings, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up between departments.
• Maintain and track operational procedures, standards, checklists, audits, and action plans.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely responses to online reviews.
• Support events, activations, and special operational projects.
• Provide hands-on support in F&B outlets, Spa, Welcome Office, Style(Housekeeping), and Guest Experience when needed.
• Assist with service recovery and guest requests.
• Work closely with Finance & Purchasing to ensure operational processes follow Marriott standards.
• Act as a reliable link between the Director of Operations and operational teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in hotel operations, F&B, guest experience, or coordination.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on, flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused approach.
• Advanced Czech and English are required.
• Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience is an advantage.
