• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Support team to meet common goal
• Communicate, motivate and ensure team work
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
• To organization assigned station and service areas
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• According to your allocation, collect daily worksheet each duty with applicable keys, and returns by the end of the shift;
• Cleans public areas daily according to operational policies and standards
• Maximizes job efficiency and neat, orderly appearance by maintaining supply cart and vacuum cleaner
• Stocks supply of cart with all necessary cleaning materials and equipment
• Removes accumulated trash from public areas
• Dusts all surfaces
• Replenishes promotional materials, literature and stationary
• Vacuums public areas
• Reports unusual circumstances to Floor Supervisor
• Reports maintenance requests and replacement orders
• Lost and found properties in public areas should be handed over to the Floor Supervisors
• Assists guests and other departments by removing food trays and trolleys from  public areas
• Completes full cleaning of any room as requested by Floor Supervisor
• Attends to guest needs and requests courteously and efficiently
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality
• At least 2-3years of experience inn housekeeping or public area cleaning preferable in a hotel or similar establishment
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, health and safety requirements, and chemical handling
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
