We are Hiring for a Painter Cum Furniture Polisher
Location: Dubai
Job description:
* Furniture Polishing:
• Clean and polish wooden furniture to enhance its appearance and protect it from damage.
• Use appropriate cleaning and polishing agents to restore shine and luster.
• Repair minor scratches and dents in wood surfaces.
* Painting:
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint or stain to furniture and fixtures according to hotel standards.
• Select appropriate colors and finishes to match the hotel’s aesthetic.
* Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections of furniture and fixtures to identify wear and tear.
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to maintain furniture quality.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
* Collaboration:
• Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate with management about any significant repairs or maintenance needs.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
• Ensure the safe storage of all paints and solvents
* Safety and Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with hotel standards and regulations.
