ペストリー、デザート、ベーカリー商品の仕込み・製造を担当し、品質、プレゼンテーション、原価管理、および収益性において高い基準を維持します。
マスター・ペストリーシェフおよび料飲部長と連携し、最新のフードトレンドや地域の嗜好を取り入れた新商品の開発や季節限定メニューの企画を行います。
ゲストやお客様とのコミュニケーションを通じて満足度を確認し、ご意見やご要望に対応するとともに、より良いペストリー体験の提供に向けた改善を実施します。
予算管理、売上予測、各種レポート作成をサポートし、財務目標の達成とホテル全体の目標に沿った運営を支援します。
ペストリーキッチンにおけるシステム、業務プロセス、ワークフローを管理し、円滑かつ効率的な運営を実現します。
チームメンバーを支援し、パフォーマンスの確認やジュニアスタッフへの指導・育成を行い、前向きで生産性の高い職場環境づくりに貢献します。
衛生・安全・食品衛生およびアルコール提供に関する各種法令や基準を遵守し、ゲストとチームメンバー双方の安全と健康を最優先とする文化の醸成に努めます。
