Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
• Ensure that Anantara P&C operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
• Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing and recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
• Coordinate all matters relating to work permits and visas.
• Implement corporate policies and procedures relating to compensation and benefits.
• Implement employee incentive and bonus schemes.
• Assist with the communication of key messages to all staff.
• Promote employee communication activities and channels to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
• Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure that employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
• Coordinate all matters relating to staff accommodation, facilities, and transportation.
