About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our Property Maintenance team at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain. We are looking for individuals who go beyond the resume—those with strong character, practical skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Plumber, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties operate seamlessly, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures.( with Copper , Cast iron , PPR and UPVC systems)
• Manage and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage systems , ( RO Plant systems)
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues to prevent disruption to guests.
• Collaborate with the wider Maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
• Maintain hotel facilities to the highest standard—this role is far more than routine repairs.
