What you will be doing:

• Takes prompt action relating to all maintenance orders concerning all plumbing services in the guest rooms, kitchen, health club, toilets, plant-rooms, swimming pool, all staff and guest locker rooms and all related areas.
• Performs preventive maintenance works on all plumbing lines and sanitary fixtures as per the annual maintenance chart.
• Notes all required spare parts and consumable material and instructs the storekeeper of the requirements.
• With the help of the checklist, inspects the hotel on daily bases for any defects on the plumbing services and sanitary fixtures and takes prompt action to rectify the defects.
• Takes the responsibilities of the pool attendant.
• Takes regular readings on water and gas consumption and records it on the energy consumption record charts
