Pool Concierge

Job Mission:

The Pool Concierge will be the main link between guests and the pool area services, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. Their mission will be to provide personalized attention, anticipate guests’ needs, and guarantee a well-maintained, comfortable, and exclusive environment in the pool area.

What will you have to do?

• Welcome guests to the pool area, providing them with information about available services.
• Ensure the pool area is spotless and equipped with towels, amenities, and other necessary materials.
• Anticipating guest needs and offering personalized assistance, such as managing Balinese bed reservations, and delivering drinks and snacks.
• Coordinate with other departments (bars, cleaning, maintenance) to ensure a smooth and high-quality service.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with safety and behavior rules in the pool area.
• Resolve incidents or special requests in an agile and professional manner.
• Promote hotel activities, events or services related to the pool area.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Studies in Tourism, Hospitality or related areas (valued).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end resorts.
• Languages: Advanced level of English (essential); other languages, such as German or French, will be considered an asset.
• Skills: Excellent communication, customer focus, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Personality: Empathetic, proactive person with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury protocols and service standards in the hotel sector.
