As PR Manager at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, you will play a key role in building and strengthening the resort’s reputation throughout the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for executing the resort’s public relations strategy, managing media and influencer relationships, coordinating partnerships and events, and creating compelling brand stories that position Mandarin Oriental Cristallo as one of Europe’s leading luxury alpine destinations. You will ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice and brand image across all external communications while supporting the successful launch and long-term visibility of the resort.
