JOB DESCRIPTION

Hilton Anatole is looking for a Receiving Clerk to join their team! Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets and a seasonal water park.

The ideal candidate is available for early mornings Monday – Friday, with the ability to work 2 Saturdays a month. We are searching for a computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn individual. Previous warehouse or culinary/food and beverage experience is a plus! Heavy lifting is part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Shift Pattern: AM shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

 What will I be doing?

As a Receiving Clerk, you would be responsible for verifying the accuracy of and accepting all purchased products into the hotel to deliver an excellent guest experience and to maximize profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel
  • Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing product, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments
