Tu desafío sera:

Otorgar un excelente servicio y atención al huésped desde el momento de su llegada con reservas, Check in, Check out y facturación mostrándose siempre disponible hacia cualquier requerimiento, asegurándose del cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca, colocando a los clientes en el “corazón” de todo lo que se lleva a cabo con el fin de ofrecerles una experiencia única e inolvidable, en línea con la cultura de servicios de Accor.
