We are looking for a friendly, warm and service-oriented Reception & Reservations Supervisor to join the team at the award-winning restaurant Berners Tavern in The London EDITION hotel.

This gastronomic gem under the direction of our Chef partner Jason Atherton boasts 140 covers, serving guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Berners Tavern is located in central London’s Fitzrovia at The London EDITION and brings together, in a delicate balancing act, the integrity and character of a historic building with a simple, sophisticated design sensibility, creating a seamless blend of charisma and ease.

As Reception & Reservations Supervisor you will:

  • Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us!
  • Manage the flow of bookings through OpenTable as well as walk in guests
  • Support the management team with the training needs of the Host/Hostess team
  • Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
  • Work as part of a team
  • Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
