Job Mission : Under the supervision of department heads, you will be the key figure in providing exceptional accommodation service to our guests, creating welcoming experiences from the reception area.

What will your main responsibilities be?  

1. To fully understand the operational procedures and service standards corresponding to your department. 

2. To successfully carry out the check-in and check-out processes for customers, meeting the corresponding brand standards, showing interest in the stay and ensuring that their experience has been memorable. 

3. Inform the guest about the services provided by the Hotel and attend to any requests from them.  

4. Actively participate in the upselling strategy by improving the guest sales experience. 

5. Establish customer service while respecting the brand’s attributes. 

6. Billing management and collection of services. 

7. Accommodation management and requests, currency exchange and room changes.

What are we looking for?  

1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist. 

2. Degree in Tourism or training in Hospitality. 

3. Advanced level of English and Spanish; a third language will be valued. 
4. Knowledge of the OPERA CLOUD system.

4. Strong customer focus, teamwork, and service excellence. 

5. Previous experience in 5* hotels is a plus
