Rattaché(e) au Chef de Réception, vous aurez pour principales missions:
•Assurer pour chaque client, un service et une expérience unique, personnalisé et chaleureux
•Vous serez alors amené(e) à effectuer les formalités d’accueil et de départ de nos clients, y compris la facturation
•Vous répondrez à l’ensemble des attentes clients en tentant également de mettre en avant nos services et prestations
•Étudiant(e) en Hôtellerie, Tourisme ou Accueil / Relations Clients
•Vous maitrisez l’anglais, et éventuellement une 2e langue
•Sens du service, à l’écoute, excellent relationnel
•Capacité d’adaptation, organisation et rigueur
•Esprit d’équipe
