Vos missions :
• Accueillir et prendre en charge le client depuis son arrivée jusqu’à son départ ;
• Effectuer les modalités administratives du séjour ;
• Contribuer à la satisfaction permanente des clients en assurant une prestation de qualité tout au long de son séjour ;
• Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs de votre service.
• Du Bac au BTS Hôtellerie Restauration et/ou toute personne motivée par ce secteur quel que soit votre formation initiale après validation de vos aptitudes et de vos compétences ;
• Maitrise de l’anglais et de la langue du pays ;
• Idéalement vous maîtrisez les logiciels OPERA CLOUD et RESAWEB ;
• Vous avez un sens inné du relationnel et de la satisfaction client ;
• Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), et êtes passionné(e) par votre métier.
• Salaire : 1 847.34 €
• Prime trimestrielle dès 6 mois d’ancienneté ;
