Summary:
As a Recreation Agent, you’ll be at the heart of creating a fun and memorable experience for children. Your role involves setting up and managing engaging activities that align with our departmental standards, ensuring the activities area remains clean and welcoming. You’ll provide friendly guidance and support to both children and their families, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
In addition to maintaining the activities area and assisting with inventory, you will greet guests warmly, handle any issues or complaints with care, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Your responsibilities also include completing necessary reports and participating in the organization of events and activities.
