We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our vibrant team. As a Reservations Agent, you embody a unique blend of precision, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach, elevating our Reservations Team. Your role is instrumental in ensuring seamless and top-notch service, where attention to detail meets a passion for enhancing the guest experience.

  • Sales driven with meticulous attention to detail and totally tuned in to guests needs to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation – creating memorable moments for our guests.
  • Convert booking enquiries into sales, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level.
  • Manage room reservations through phone, email, and online booking systems
  • Provide accurate information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel amenities
  • Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Maximize room occupancy by promoting available packages and upselling when appropriate
  • Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Is a creative problem-solver and passionate about creating extraordinary service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course (preferred)
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service is an advantage
  • Proficient in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera or similar) and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
