The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and service‑driven Reservations Agent to join our reservations team supporting Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca.
This role is based in Marrakech and plays a significant part in shaping the guest journey—from the first inquiry to a flawless arrival.
As the first point of contact, the Reservations Agent represents the voice of the hotels and ensures every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and excellence of Four Seasons.
