As our next Reservations coordinator , you…

In this position you will be looking after all reservations over email.

You will increase and optimize room sales and group corporate bookings in line with the brand and hotel’s sales policy.

With a keen eye for details and guest experience you ensure reservations are dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner

We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humor.

Are confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.
