Reservations Executive

Job Description

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team in Lucknow, India. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our reservations department, managing bookings with precision while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Reservation Executive, you’ll combine your organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset to drive occupancy rates and build lasting relationships with clients and travel partners.   • Process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently using hotel reservation systems and property management software
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, and in-person) with empathy and professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate partners, and internal departments
  • Implement effective selling strategies and upselling techniques to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue potential
  • Generate, review, and distribute rooming lists, confirmations, amendments, and reservation-related documentation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Monitor, manage, and process reservation modifications, cancellations, and releases in a timely manner
  • Analyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Stay current with hotel promotions, packages, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings to provide clients with comprehensive information
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation processes, procedures, and customer service standards
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple reservations simultaneously
