Who are we looking for…?

Are you passionate about leading teams and delivering highly personalized luxury experiences in an exclusive environment? As a Retreat Supervisor, you will oversee and elevate the Retreat experience, a private area of the resort where discretion, personalization, and excellence are essential. You will lead by example, anticipate the needs of our most discerning guests, and ensure every interaction reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Supervising daily operations within the Retreat area and all personalized services associated with this exclusive zone.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Retreat team to ensure outstanding service, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Ensuring a seamless, consistent, and highly personalized guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Anticipating guest preferences and expectations, managing special requests, and coordinating bespoke experiences.
  • Handling guest concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring excellent resolution.
  • Working closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments.
  • Proactively following up on VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests.
  • Ensuring all relevant guest information is accurately recorded and maintained in internal systems.
  • Upholding brand standards, service quality, and privacy within the Retreat area.
  • Supporting ongoing team training and participating in continuous service improvement initiatives.
