MISSION: To support the Housekeeping team in organizing and distributing supplies and materials to streamline daily work, as well as to report any damage to these items to their immediate supervisor.

FUNCTIONS:

• Check room supplies and replenish missing items, following standards.
• Maintain regular communication with the housekeeping staff and the rest of the departments.
• To address the needs or concerns of the clients.
• Provide materials to the housekeepers or to the clients, such as pillows, cribs, quilts.
• Keep guest room hallways clean and tidy.
• Prepare the offices with the necessary supplies and maintain them according to daily needs.
• Check for any technical or safety problems in the room and report them to maintenance.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE :

• 1 year of experience working in a similar position in the hotel or cleaning sector.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Hygiene and safety standards and regulations.
• Organizational and efficiency techniques.
• A vocation for service.
