About the job…
At the Novotel Surfers Paradise, we are not only focused on our guests, but also our people. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic, experienced Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team. Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel with 200+ rooms. We are currently offering casual positions.
As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas. The role involves but is not limited to changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and restocking amenities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment.

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands.
