About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Room Attendant will be responsible in ensuring the comfort of all in-house guests as established by hotel procedures and standard. The Room Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

As Room Attendant​, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Clean the guest rooms in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Report any maintenance issues promptly and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head

As Room Attendant​, we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Pleasant, friendly and motivational with enthusiastic character
• A team player and attention to details
