About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Housekeeping Department in Tokyo, the Floor Inspector responsible for ensure the cleanliness of guest corridors, guest rooms and back of the house areas are of the highest calibre and meets the established standards. Inspector should be responsible for the supervision of the room attendants on the floors and follow up with guest special requests.
The Floor Inspector reports to Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
As Room Inspector, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Adhere to the established standards of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies.
• Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.
• Distribute master key to attendant and fill out the form
• Update SMS status VI room to VC
