• Implement a personal sales call plan with regular follow-up and adapt as needed based on market demands.
• Develop and implement follow-up plans for prospective business leads.
• Administration of Events and proposals
• Conduct market research to identify and source new MICE and leisure business opportunities.
• Use lost business contacts in Delphi to reactivate and convert past opportunities.
• Identify and convert qualified sales leads into revenue-generating business.
• Provide regular reporting on activity outcomes and insights to support decision-making.

• Expereinece in events or marketing ideal ( not essential.
• Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role.
• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel and any other appropriate programs.
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and effective time management in all allocated tasks.
