About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
As a Sales Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting the Sales team and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities and client relationships. You assist in driving revenue through proactive coordination, client engagement, and administrative excellence. With professionalism and attention to detail, you contribute to delivering exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons values.
• Assist with all office sales efforts, including responding to inquiries and client requests in a timely manner via phone, email, and in person.
• Support active solicitation and booking of group business from various lead sources.
• Maintain an active follow-up system for all sales calls and client interactions.
• Assist clients in the absence of Sales Managers, ensuring continuity of service.
• Coordinate customer events, sales appointments, and site visits, and represent Sales Managers when required.
• Prepare engaging and creative presentations for prospective clients.
