WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a dual-function role positioned at the intersection of Hilton Sydney’s commercial performance and brand storytelling. Supporting both the Sales and Marketing & Communications teams, this role brings together creativity, organisation and commercial acumen to deliver seamless experiences—from the first enquiry through to campaign execution.
On the marketing side, this role supports the execution of brand, digital and social initiatives that bring Hilton Sydney to life across consumer and trade channels. On the sales side, it contributes to revenue generation by managing enquiries, preparing proposals and building meaningful client relationships across rooms, conferences and events.
This is a dynamic opportunity for an emerging commercial professional to develop a well-rounded career within a fast-paced, high-performing hotel environment.
