Aujourd’hui, La Citadelle poursuit une nouvelle dynamique : faire évoluer son offre gastronomique, renforcer son ancrage local et affirmer sa place parmi les belles adresses messines.

Second de cuisine / Chef adjoint (H/F)
Nous recherchons un véritable bras droit pour accompagner notre Chef de cuisine, Guillaume, dans le développement et le rayonnement du restaurant La Réserve.
Plus qu’un simple exécutant, nous souhaitons accueillir un professionnel de terrain, passionné par son métier, capable de prendre des initiatives, de fédérer une équipe et de contribuer activement à la réussite du restaurant.
