We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Security Manager to join Ibis Pune Vimannagar, India. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all security and safety operations, ensuring the protection of our employees, visitors, and organizational assets. You’ll develop and implement comprehensive security strategies while maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards. • Oversee and manage all security operations, including surveillance systems, access control, and regular patrols to ensure comprehensive facility protection
• Develop, implement, and continuously update security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans aligned with organizational standards and local regulations
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze potential security vulnerabilities to proactively address threats
• Investigate security incidents, violations, and breaches with meticulous attention to detail; document findings and recommend corrective actions
• Lead, train, supervise, and mentor the security team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities to ensure effective emergency response and crisis management
• Manage security arrangements for high-profile events, VIP visits, and sensitive organizational activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures; implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents, access logs, and system performance
• Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and contractor oversight to ensure cost-effective operations
• Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices; recommend program enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
